Due to the intensive and intangible nature of our work, this Refund Policy is strict, clear, and non-negotiable.

By engaging our services and making a payment—via bank transfer or any other method indicated on the invoice and agreed upon during pre-engagement—you agree to the terms outlined below.

All Sales Are Final

We operate under a strict no-refund policy.

All fees paid to Spotlight Luxe are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

☆ Service retainers

☆ Consulting calls or strategy sessions

☆ Custom project payments

☆ Advance payments for future work

☆ One-time or recurring digital product sales (if applicable)

This applies regardless of usage, client satisfaction, or business outcome, as value delivery begins upon initiation and often includes proprietary planning, team allocation, and confidential frameworks.

Exceptions (Very Rare)

Refunds may only be considered under the following rare conditions:

☆ Service Non-Delivery: If we fail to begin the agreed-upon service within the timeframe stated in writing, and no communication has occurred.

☆ Duplicate Charges: If your account is billed more than once for the same transaction due to system error.

☆ Unauthorized Transaction: If you did not initiate or approve the payment and provide clear proof of fraud or misuse.

In all cases, refund approval is at Spotlight Luxe’s sole discretion and may take 5–10 business days for investigation and processing.

Disputed Charges & Chargebacks

We treat all chargebacks as fraudulent unless the client has contacted us in advance and a resolution attempt has failed.

Any chargeback will result in:

☆ Immediate termination of services and removal from all Spotlight Luxe platforms

☆ Permanent ban from future engagements

☆ Legal proceedings and debt collection action if applicable

Previews, Estimates & Client Responsibility

Before confirming a service, clients are expected to:

☆ Review proposals, pricing, and timelines

Delays, dissatisfaction due to lack of clarity, or change of mind are not valid grounds for refunds.

Digital Product/Content Sales (If Applicable)

If Spotlight Luxe sells downloadable content, toolkits, templates, or premium digital resources in the future:

☆ No refunds will be offered once the product has been delivered or accessed

☆ Access to gated or subscription-based content is tied to payment validity

☆ Violations of our Terms will result in instant access revocation without refund
